Ingredients (serves 1):

60 ml Byroncello
30 ml Cognac or Brandy
20 ml lemon juice

 

Method:

Chill a coupe or martini glass. 
In a cocktail shaker, combine Byroncello, Cognac or Brandy, and fresh lemon juice.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into your glass using a fine mesh strainer to ensure smoothness.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
