A Sip of Sunshine: The Byroncello Spritz

Light, sparkling, and kissed with citrus. This is summer in a glass. The kind of drink that makes you want to take your shoes off and sit in the sun just a little longer.

Ingredients (serves 1):

60ml Byroncello
90ml Prosecco 
30ml sparkling mineral water
Ice
Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Method:

Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice.
Pour in Byroncello, followed by Prosecco, then top with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary if you're feeling fancy.
