Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and sent via Australia Post or Courier as displayed during checkout. 

Free Shipping

If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will be notified during checkout. We strive to ship as many orders as possible with free shipping, but shipping costs are expensive.

Processing Time

Orders are generally picked and shipped in 1-3 days. We are located in Byron Bay, which is considered rural and thus can add extra time during shipping. Sometimes it is quite fast - 2-3 days to a city like Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. Sometimes delays can occur. Please allow plenty of time especially around busy times such as Christmas and New Years.

International

Currently we can only ship to Australian addresses. Any mistaken international orders will be canceled and refunded less processing costs.
