OUR STORY

It Started with Lemons and a Little Magic

It was 2020, and the start of the pandemic. People were making sourdough, learning a new language or embracing a different exercise regime. I was making Byroncello in my kitchen in Byron Bay.

A good friend and taste tester said “This is good! You should sell it!”
So here we are, many moons later and with my very own distillery in Byron. Making Byroncello and having fun in the process.


OUR PLEDGE

This isn’t just another limoncello. It’s Byron in a bottle.

Alcohol, organic lemons, sugar and water - that’s all there is in each bottle. No preservatives, no flavour enhancers, no reconstituted lemon.
Just real organic Byron Bay lemons, just like the Italians do it.


Because we use organic lemons from different trees throughout the season, bottle colours can vary. We pick lemons in the winter months to ensure we’re ready for spritz summer season.

Our batches are small - and I’m OK with that. Each bottle is handmade with love and care.
