Citrus with a Twist: The Byroncello Margarita

Citrus with a Twist: The Byroncello Margarita

Zesty, salty, and just the right amount of rebellious. This is not your average marg. With Byroncello in the mix, it’s brighter, smoother, and made for golden hours that turn into golden nights.

Ingredients (serves 1):

40ml Byroncello
30ml Tequila (blanco or reposado work well)
20ml fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
Ice
Salt, for rimming (optional)
Lemon wheel or zest, for garnish

Method:

Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into salt.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Byroncello, tequila and lemon juice.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Strain into a chilled glass—either straight up in a coupe or over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon slice or a twist of zest.
